Clarity Advisory Services Consultants

Based in downtown Chicago, we are a rapidly growing organization working with a Fortune 500 client base. Currently, we are seeking Clarity Advisory Services Consultants to assist Sage Clarity clients in realizing savings through Manufacturing Intelligence solutions.

Role Description:

The Clarity Advisory Services Consultant will work with new and existing clients in technology focused engagements providing implementation, training and consulting services associated with the company’s solutions. The successful candidate must be a strong change agent, comfortable working with software and service solutions to accelerate improvements in Lean and Six Sigma projects.

The candidate will lead implementation initiatives, interfacing with client plant personnel and senior management, along with operational and supply executives. The candidate will manage the overall project and coordinate any required personnel, client and system integrator resources. The successful candidate will provide analytical insight and advise clients on the optimal use of the company’s solutions and further identify business development opportunities.

Location: Chicago, IL

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience as a change agent in corporate manufacturing,
  • Professional experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma
  • Strong Analytics background
  • Demonstrated understanding of ERP and manufacturing intelligence in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to manage diverse projects from inception to completion
  • Superb Excel and technical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer interface skills
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis including domestic and international travel
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer

 

Highly Desired Skills:

  • 2-10 Years experience in plant operations roles with a focus on Lean or Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated application of Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, problem solving, quality planning and quality systems
  • Demonstrated ability to train, monitor and coach other team members
  • Previous experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software such as InfinityQS, MES software and/ or business intelligence software such as Epicor / Informance or similar systems
  • Experience working with LEAN Manufacturing techniques and implementation including training
  • Experience with Supply chain and manufacturing metrics and corporate reporting

The ideal person will have a combination of strong Lean or Six Sigma experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to blend technology with advisory services.
